Hailing from Redcar on Teeside, Jamie was drawn to music by the big voices and supreme conviction of Motown. Jamie always wanted to perform, but shied away from the stage until one day he suddenly quit his job to follow his ambitions.
 
His debut headline tour followed in 2023, and again early 2025 followed by a sold out headline tour of the Netherlands.
