The opening night of ADE brings together global music icon Armin van Buuren with hard house revival pioneer Benwal.

On Wednesday, October 21, Gashouder opens the Amsterdam Dance Event with a night where two different worlds come together on one dance floor.

Armin van Buuren has been shaping the sound of electronic music for thirty years. He has been named number one in DJ Mag's Top 100 five times, nominated for a Grammy, and is the mastermind behind A State of Trance, which reaches 44 million listeners weekly in 80 countries. Benwal broke through from the underground clubs of Groningen and has since built a strong reputation in Europe and Australia with sets that are tight, intense, and unpredictable. He played a key role in the recent trance and hard house revival, and is now already moving beyond that genre.
